Does the Contract automatically send to new customers or for every booking?

I created a Contract and set "Send a digital contract to all customers upon booking" on but I want to know if that means it will be sent for every booking in Square Appointments or just for new customers? If it's every booking, does that mean I have to send it manually under "Contracts" - Create Contract?

This is a good question, and I will need to double check with the team. Are you wanting the contract to only be sent upon the very first booking a client makes?

Yes! Sorry for the late response. It would be redundant and time-consuming if its send for every booking.

agreed. I hav contracts for different services attached and they should only need to fill that contract and waiver form for each service once unless I manually do a new one for the client
