    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My customer's names are not appearing on their receipts, they require this for insurance billing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried going through settings - business - receipts, and there is no option for this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help is appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have your receipts &lt;EM&gt;ever&lt;/EM&gt; featured your customer's names on them? I looked in my settings and could not find a spot to have a customer name printed when they have a transaction. You may need to utilize &lt;STRONG&gt;Invoices&lt;/STRONG&gt; instead if you want a more itemized form of receipt that would show their name and info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe if someone else has a better solution they will also reply to your question.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I utilize "tickets". I have them set to "Enter custom number or name".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add items to cart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add customer to cart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click "Save Ticket"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click "New Ticket"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enter customer full name in the Ticket Name field&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click "Save"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you will need to open it again to cash it out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click "Tickets"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open pending ticket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click Review Sale &amp;amp; cash out as normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please let me know what you think of this workaround!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
