Hello Everyone!

Is is possible to add a boutique on instagram if Im using the free version of square webshop?

I don't know how to change the HTML in the free version to get approval by Facebook\Metta.

Hi @livenow!

I use the free version of Square's online shop and I have it linked to my Facebook and Instagram shops, so I know it's definitely possible...but I did it at the beginning of the pandemic and cannot for the life of me remember how I did it.

But I did find this thread that might be able to help? Check out Valentina's "best answer".

@livenow It's definitely weird that it only works on Facebook...have you logged into the Facebook business side of things and taken a poke around there? Sometimes it's as simple as a "toggle" being on or off under the Instagram category.
