Flat Fee for shipping

I set up flat fee of $15 for shipping in my Default profile as per the instructions. Now when I go to my website, shipping is 0. What did I miss? I can't announce my business with shipping at zero! ugh. I thought this website would be easy.

In your Shipping settings, we don’t see your default shipping rate of $15.00. Where did you go to set this up? Can you please confirm your website address?

Hi, I'm working on my site and changed my flat rate to be based on order value but for some reason when I do a test order on my site it keeps showing $25.00 as the shipping rate and not the rates I entered.

Can someone please help? My website is www.sanmscreations.com

We tested this on your site with different amounts in our test transactions, and we received varying amounts that matched what is in your settings. Can you please try from an incognito browser so we can better test?
