I'm happy to help but will need some more detail in order to better understand your question. When an item is sold, are you wanting it to be pulled from a stock bucket that includes the stock of more than one location? For example, if Location A has 10 of the item in stock and Location B has 5 of the item in stock, when the item is sold it's pulled from the bucket of 15 total.

Yes that is correct.

My specific case is this: I have a retail location and a Restaurant Location. BUT my retail location can also sell Beverages. They are physically at the same address. When inventory comes in it is added to the Restaurant Inventory and the Retail only takes it when necessary. So instead of manually adjusting inventory at both locations whenever a product is moved is it possible to be shared across both locations?

Unfortunately, this would be considered a feature request within Square at this time. (You can submit this request to the Ideate Board if you'd like!)

However, you may be interested in utilizing the transfer inventory feature if you aren't using it already. If you need to transfer stock from one location to another, you can transfer individual items, or move your inventory in bulk — quickly and easily.
