      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both my client and I are in Canada. When I sent him the Square invoice, he replied that Square asked him for his Zip Code, rather than his postal code. I believe my Square Dashboard is set up for Canadian customers, but perhaps I'm mistaken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to ensure that my clients are asked for a postal code instead of a Zip Code?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In this case could there be a chance that the card being used is from a US Bank? If not then you'll want to reach out to our support team for them to investigate this for you, as your account is set up for Canadian payment processing.&lt;/P&gt;
