Hi All

Our prices are in whole dollars, no cents. Is there a way to format the Checkout Keypad to whole dollars? So I’d like to just put 5 for $5.00 instead of having to type 500 to get $5.00. I can see myself getting carried away with all the zeros and making a mistake.

Hello @Farmerjoe!

There's no way to do exactly that, unfortunately.

But there's a couple things I can recommend.

First, adding items to your library would allow you to simply select the item sold instead of entering an amount.
You can learn how to create and manage items from you Square app here.

There's also an option to add Quick amounts to your screen, so you could add the most used amounts and simply click them instead of entering the whole amount.

You can add Quick amounts by selecting the More menu on your Square app, then selecting Settings > Checkout > Quick amounts.
