I only see the option for Manual Groups.

Hey there @LukeNieuw - you are correct.

At this time, the Customer Directory Filters are already pre-set and new ones are unable to be programmed.

To add alternates, would technically at this time, be considered a feature request.

If you can, feel free to drop it on the Ideate Board so that our engineers can see your need for this function and implement it into a future rollout.
