&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At the moment, it is not currently possible to have Square Appointments suggest another date and time for their appointments if the previous appointment is based out in another location. This would be considered a feature request.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, you can &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://Manage Square Appointments" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Manage Your Appointments&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; so that you can decide to accept or decline a pending appointment if your client is based too far away from a previous appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can definitely see why this would be a useful feature, especially if you have a mobile business! I'll be sure to pass your feedback over to our team for them to take into consideration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Hello, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;We want to set up an appointment system by territory. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;For example, if a client from Montreal-Nord sets an appointment at 9:00 a.m. and the next client is in Montreal-Sud, we would like the application to suggest another day. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thus, the appointment will be condensed in a single territory.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Can you help me and tell me how to set this up?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
