Your customer should not have to be entering in a customer code. The customer code is for Square merchants. Do you happen to have a picture of the code that it is asking?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. I just started using square to have my clients book online, and they’ve all been telling me they can’t log in to see their appointments. They can book appointments and get reminders, but when the go to enter their customer code to login, the site says that the code doesn’t work. Any advice on how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
