Is there an option to set up a interest charge for overdue payment?

I am wanting to have an item category to charge interest automatically instead of manually. Is there a way to do this.

We don't currently have a way to automatically pass an interest payment for overdue payments onto your customer. If you're using Square Invoices, you could consider editing the invoice and adding a late fee manually or using reminders to let your customers know their payments are due.
