    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help! I've somehow activated the talk back accessibility function and now am unable to scroll down the page to get into settings to turn it off. When I click on the page, a green box appears in each option and talks reading me that particular option. I've restarted and looked online but cannot find any help there. Has anyone ran into this before? I can't scroll at all so unable to get into anything that is not in the screen window.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On your Terminal, from the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap ≡ &lt;STRONG&gt;More&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Hardware&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Under &lt;STRONG&gt;Accessibility&lt;/STRONG&gt;, toggle off &lt;STRONG&gt;TalkBack&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are still unable to scroll, lets try to fully factory reset your device, please have the following information on hand since you’ll need it to log back in afterwards:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wi-Fi network name and password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Account login information (email and password) or device code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Location name, if applicable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then hold down the power button for 10 seconds until you see a black screen with a count-down timer. Keep holding down the power button on that timer goes to 0 and the screen says you can release the power button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
