I own a grooming salon and I would like to create files for the animals under my client, lets say like a parent with child. So that my human clients can take appointements for my animals clients. Is it something that can be done? Does anyone have a similar approach?

Thank you.

Can a client book an appointement for someone else?

Hi everyone! I own a grooming salon and I was woundering if it was possible to make it so my humans clients can book appointement for their dogs? Like a parent would book an appointment for an haircut for his child? And lets say that my client have 2 dogs (or more), make sure that they can select appointements for all their animals and me having only 1 bill to manage? I had a client that sceduled 2 differents appointement, instead of 2 service for the same person. So I had to make my client pay 2 times because I couln'd fused the 2 appointements together. Or, I have to cancel one of the appointement and modify the other one to add the 2nd service. It is kind of complicated. Anyone have similar issues and know how to fix it?

Thank you everyone!

Hi @Sabby_Spa - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋

I went ahead and merged your duplicate post to where your first post was located.

Now that we have that out of the way, what you're asking for here is a feature request.
In the meantime, I suggest checking out the workaround provided by @DogGroomerNC here.
