Hi,

I have just subscribed to the Marketing feature. I created my first campaign. When sending the email, the number of customer selected from All customer was 0. All our customer have the EMAIL STATUS set to Non-subscribed. How can we set all customers to Subscribed and be able to send them the messages?

I imagine they aren't all actually unsubscribed? You could always export the file with all the emails and then change the status on the change the column that says unsubscribed to subscribed. Then upload that excel file (import) and it should show all customers.

They were actually all at "unknown" when exporting the file, which show up as Non-subscribed in the Customer directory. I did what you suggested: exported the directory as CSV, changed the value from "unknown" to "Subscribed" are re-imported the CSV. It took a little effort but it worked. Thanks for your help.
