Price Change Affect Historical Data?

Hi all, hopefully this is a quick answer: If I change the price of a product (as in: not putting it on sale or discount, just a new price for a current product) will the historic sales data still record the old price or use the new price?

Do you mean if you change an item price, will the new price override the previous sales data in reports? If so, then no. The price at time of purchase is what will show up in various reporting lines.
