Hi!

I need help with discounts please. I sell a cup 7 $ for my friends, and 9$ for my customers (this is my regular price). For Christmas I want to make a deal for my customer : 3 for 25.50$ (instead of 3 for 27$), which is 5.56% off regular price. My friends always have 20% off regular price.

I created a manual discount for my friends, and an automatic discount for my regular customer.

So, at markets, as soon as 3 cups are bought, an automatic discount of 5.56% is applied and the total price is 25.50$. But if a friend buys 3 cups and I click on the manual discount, then they have a the automatic discount PLUS their discount. If I click on the manual discount of 20%, I don't them to also get the automatic discount. I have to manually remove the automatic discount but I think I risk forgetting to remove it. Is there a way around this ?

Thank you!

You can try one of these options:

1. Create 2 Skus, 1 for your friend and one for regular customers. apply discount for each SKU

2. Create a customer group and apply proper discount based on the group (Regular and Friends). Only requires 1 SKU
