&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You're able to edit the team member assigned to an appointment from the calendar:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Access your &lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments calendar&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and click on the appointment.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the details section, click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Edit&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click directly on the service. You'll have a pop-up with the price and the staff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Staff&lt;/STRONG&gt; to view the drop down and select the prefect team member.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest going through each service to ensure that your team members are correctly assigned. I'd also make sure that your staff is bookable online:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to T&lt;STRONG&gt;eam Members&lt;/STRONG&gt; and click on the team member.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the pop-up showing their details, click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Toggle on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Bookable by customers online&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Can't Add Employee to Appointments</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm working on setting square up to take bookings for my company, but I can't seem to get it to work right. I am unable to add/assign an employee to a booked appointment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now, the employee is given permission for appointments, and I have added them as the team member on the service item itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I go to the appointment calendar and click on the appointment, the side pop up just says "deleted staff" under staff (I have not deleted any staff member). When I go to edit the appointment, there isn't an option to add an employee, and instead I see the yellow alert triangle and the text "is not assigned to perform SERVICE NAME HERE".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot figure out what is wrong and how to fix it. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
