Print Take out Ticket

I have a lot of customers that call in pick up orders ( i offer online ordering but some refuse to change with the times)

once i put in a pick up order for them and they aren’t there to pay (as they pay when picking up) how can i get the ticket to print for the kitchen so they can start the ticket and not have to wait until the person shows up to pay and pick up
