&lt;P&gt;If you are still experiencing this issue with your barcode scanners and Square Stands I would start by confirming&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;both your&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/article/4983-update-your-device-software#Update-the-Software-on-your-iOS-Device" target="_blank"&gt;Apple iOS&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/article/4982" target="_blank"&gt;Square app&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;are up to date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
