    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just ran a HS football concession booth. &amp;nbsp;I have 2 iPads running off of 2 different hotspots, both logged into my square account. &amp;nbsp;Each with different readers. &amp;nbsp;Tonight I had an order taken at one of my windows while a second order was taken at a different window at the same time. &amp;nbsp;When the first guy went to pay, it rang up the second guys order and paid for that. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas why that happened or what I have to do to not have it happen again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We run 2 iPads from the same account, same hotspot and using the same location and have never encountered that. The only way I could think of how that would happen is if the order was saved to a cart and then the other iPad opened the saved cart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using open tickets?&amp;nbsp; I see no way for an iPad to get an order being rung up on another iPad without first saving an open ticket on unit 1 and then opening it on unit 2.&amp;nbsp; We run at peak 8 Square devices at the same time and process tens of thousands of transactions and have never seen something like that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/628396"&gt;@RockHSBPA&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use 2 Square stands and one Cell phone.&amp;nbsp; All 3 I setup with Device codes under one account.&amp;nbsp; Now when I log in to accept payments instead of logging in with my Credentials we log in to the device with Device codes.&amp;nbsp; I also have never had the other stand or device show a payment that was not assigned by it unless it was through my saved cart (I use Square for retail) or Saved Ticket in Restaurants I believe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway here is more information for setting up device codes.&amp;nbsp; :&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5586-manage-devices-by-location" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;5586-manage-devices-by-location&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now this says for setting up by Location but you can also use it in the same location.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I will definitely take a look and see about setting up device codes.&amp;nbsp; This is the first year we are using Square and I expected some learning curves with my volunteers.&amp;nbsp; I will have to go over not saving tickets or saving the cart.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total side note: Are in located in PA?&amp;nbsp; My mom has a house in Cove Haven.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
