Bookings for B & B Rooms

Hello

We have 7 B & B rooms and a Holiday let at our pub.

Is there anyway of using square appointments to do room booking for overnight stay for bed and breakfast or the Holiday let

If not will this be an option in the future or even a Square for Hotels?

Hi @TheFishReturn, thank you very much for raising this.

There isn't a way to set up the Appointment system for 'Reservations' that are more than 1 day as a hotel reservation/booking system. However, I can see how beneficial it can be for you and all the hotel and B & B businesses. I will share your feedback with our Product team.

Hi @TheFishReturn, I've checked this with our team and I'm coming back to you with a few workarounds.

You can set up Appointments as follows and receive bookings for your B&B booking.

Change the service duration to 24h. Your customer will then be able to book an entire night. Please note that a booking can be made for up to 2 days. In order to allow more than 2 days booking, please check the next step.
Enable Repeat option. This way, your customer will be able to enter a start date and an end date to book several days of service. Here is a screenshot for you.

If this doesn't suit your needs, you can also explore our App Marketplace and choose one of our booking partners. There are a few partners offering booking software such as Booxi, Bookeo, Setmore..etc. Please visit our App Marketplace for more information.
