E Giftcards

I have setup e giftcards and purchased one for myself which works fine, I can check the balance and see it within giftcards.

I have the App on my phone and when i goto checkout and press charge the only options I see is cash, cheque, maual card entry, send payment link, more....under more i see invoices and other payment types which is just free text.

Does anyone know why giftcard does not show as a valid method of payment?

if i choose manual card entry i can type in the barcode number on the e giftcard but the app then asks for expiry date and CVC code which a giftcard does not have.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Mmmh, sounds like maybe the option to use gift cards as a payment method is disabled on your app. Could you try the following instructions to see if this changes the payment options on your checkout screen, please? To get started:

From the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap More.
Tap Settings > Checkout > Payment Types.
To rearrange, drag and drop by tapping on the three horizontal lines next to the Payment Type name.
Tap the toggle button on the right of the Payment Type to add or remove it from your checkout screen.
Use the Preview button at the top of the screen to preview your new checkout screen.

Note: Any edits made to one device will reflect on all other devices linked to that location.

Let me know how you get on with the above, I'd be happy to further investigate if the above doesn't work.
