    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My company is signed up to the loyalty rewards and all of my customers have had a text sent to them saying their account has been deleted.&lt;BR /&gt;Has anybody else experienced this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a glitch with Square?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can the accounts and their points be recovered?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fair to say this is a massive headache!&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Alice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
