Can’t see Square Loans anymore?

Hi, for some reason my Loans tab has disappeared, but I still get loan offers. Does anyone know what’s up? Clicking the notification just reloads my Dashboard.

That doesn't sound right. I had a look at my account and Loans seem to appear in two places; by itself and also in the Money section.

I attached a link above that should take you directly to the Loans Dashboard.

Can you let me know if you find it within Money?

Nope, doesn’t show up anywhere. I also get the grey “banner ad” style notification at the top in dashboard but that just refreshes my dashboard too

Hi @AlexB23, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community 🙂.

Just to confirm, are you not able to locate the Loans tab, or does clicking on the Loans notifications take you back to the homepage of the Dashboard ?

Loans should be located under the Money tab as seen here:

You can also add it to your Quick Access by clicking on Edit > scroll down to Money > toggle on Loans > Save.
