&lt;P&gt;So at the moment, adding appointments to invoices is not possible and is considered a feature request. I think it's a smart idea though, so I'll def link our product team this post for better visibility.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a workaround though, you could set up a recurring invoice that is sent to your customer based on how many times a month they receive your service. This will also allow you to link a specific service to that invoice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To create a recurring invoice series online:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Payments&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Invoices&lt;/STRONG&gt; in your online &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/invoices" target="_blank"&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Recurring&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Create Recurring Series&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select a customer from your Customer Directory, or enter a new name and email address or phone number. You can enter up to nine recipients.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If the customer already has a payment card(s) saved to their directory profile, choose the card to be charged from the &lt;STRONG&gt;Invoice Method&lt;/STRONG&gt; dropdown. If you’d like to let your customer opt in for Automatic Payments using &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/article/5797" target="_blank"&gt;Card on File&lt;/A&gt;, toggle &lt;STRONG&gt;Allow Automatic Payments&lt;/STRONG&gt; on. This gives your customers the option to securely save their payment card on file and be charged automatically on the due date of each invoice within the recurring series.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select the start date, the recurrence frequency and the end date.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Fill out the rest of the invoice including any discounts.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Schedule&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;Charge&lt;/STRONG&gt; if sending immediately.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note: &lt;/STRONG&gt;Be aware that your customers will still need to book using your booking system as there is no way to automatically book your customer after sending the invoice out to them.&lt;/P&gt;
