I changed my domain without realising that the link I had previously sent customers with my old domain, would then take them to a 404 page not found. I can’t find a way to get it back to the original! Does anyone know if I use the reset website feature, will this also reset my domain URL? ( which I’m hoping it will! ) or any other way? I’ve tried doing a page redirect but doesn’t seem to work

Hi @Kimlatimer, thank you for your post and welcome to the Community 🙂.

The reset feature will unpublish your website, and reset it to its initial state before editing or uploading content. Which means you will start completely over with a clean canvas. This won't affect your website's domain though, only the design.

I'm not sure that I understand what you're trying to get back to the original. Are you trying to connect your old domain to your Square Online website ? If that's the case, you can follow the steps outlined in this support article.

Is this domain hosted by Square or a 3rd party provider (you can share the URL if you're not sure) ?
