Hi we have been using square appointments with no issues for a while now, but today we are currently having issues creating an appointment for our customers, we do everything as normal but it will not allow us to save the appointment, but if a customer books online through our website it works perfectly fine

I'd like to recreate this on my end, but I need a bit more details:

are you seeing an error message when creating the appointment manually ? If so can you share a screenshot.
are you creating the appointment from your Dashboard or the Appointments app ?
are you noticing this behavior for all services, or only a service in particular ?
