When will I receive my transfer ?

Hi,

I am writing to inform you that unfortunately I have not received the payment to my bank account since November 2nd.
I would be grateful if you could help me transfer the money to my bank account as soon as possible.

Hi @Sara69 , thanks for posting and welcome to the Community 🙂.

Can you confirm that you have linked a bank account to your Square account ? If you haven't yet, this would explain why you haven't received your transfers. You can link a bank account either through the POS app, the Dashboard or by using Plaid. You'll find more information about these options here. I also recommend going over our Bank Account Troubleshooting article, which provides more details about verification issues.

If you have linked an account already and were able to receive transfers in the past, I invite you to contact our Support Team directly so they can examine your account further.
