Are you able to share a screenshot of the error message ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't already, I recommend going through all the following troubleshooting steps outlined in our support article &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/5673-square-contactless-and-chip-card-reader-troubleshooting" target="_self"&gt;Square Reader Troubleshooting&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- including a factory reset of the Reader.&lt;/P&gt;
