Noticed a new piece of kit available in the US, the Square Handheld. Just wondering when this will be released in the UK market?

Having used Square for 10 years a lot of the product takes some time to release in the UK and when they do release - it’s often on SquareUK socials before we even know about it!

Ordered as soon as it come out, however, yet to receive and trying to get an order update frm support is like getting blood from a stone. There's been a marked drop off in service level with support, and big fixes in recent months. It's so frustrating.

I've been on live chat now over an hour just trying to get a rough date that the hardware will be dispatched given it is now outside of the given window when ordering.

Nobody seems to answer, they all constantly cut you off.
