&lt;P&gt;Could you give me some more insight on where you received the notifications for those orders?       <title>Order notification but no order?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m hoping someone can help me. I have only had my online store set up a week, I have just received 4 notifications from the same person for the same amount for 4 orders. Nothing is showing in my app in any of the transactions or reports. I have googled and strangely enough someone posted on a forum in 2024 stating that they had 3 notifications from the person who has the same name as the notification I had but couldn’t find the order?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had this happen? I am obviously guessing that this is some sort of spoof order / notification but is it some sort of test from square?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am so confused!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the transaction hasn't gone through if it were me, I would just ignore. If the order is important to you may be follow up with a call or email to the customer and try a glean some additional information and assess if they are genuine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
