      <title>Item Unavailable Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only recently my items have decided to show up as unavailable on the storefront. When selecting a product - despite being in stock - the add to cart button shows as 'not available'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have toggled the mark newly added items in the square sync section as 'off'. I have checked that the track inventory is switched on and that stock has been added on both sides (Square and Weebly). I have also checked that the item is visible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I've also cleared my cookies as a precaution but still nothing. This wasn't happening before because I managed to get items showing but now after adding a few more products even the ones that were showing before aren't anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/295124"&gt;@thecafeguy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;one of the settings for new items is to be able to have then be ‘unavailable’ when added to the library. This was on by default for items added on the Square side of things - seeing as you’ve changed &amp;amp; updated the sync settings it’s probably worth checking that the items are flagged as ‘available’ as well as being in stock.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99322"&gt;@Sam_400º&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;appreciated! I've tried almost everything apart from the payment settings. I finished setting up my bank account and other details in order to take payment from customers and everything started showing as normal.&lt;/P&gt;

If you have multiple locations you should make sure your items are available in each location. From your &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Navigate to the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/library" target="_blank"&gt;Items&lt;/A&gt; section.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Search for the item that is unavailable and click on the item name.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Under Details &amp;gt; click on the&amp;nbsp;Location name&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; check the box for each location that this item should be available at&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; click Save.&lt;/LI&gt;

I had a quick look at the item you linked, and I can see that two of the variations are showing up as unavailable&amp;nbsp;(24th Double and 25th Double). In this case, I just want to check:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are the variations in stock? If you've enabled stock tracking and the items are set to 0, they may not be available to purchase&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is there a price set for each variation?&lt;/LI&gt;

When I use the online check out link it shows available, when I try and shop&amp;nbsp; via the website it says not available!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have spent so much time on this as I'm sure its my fault but have double checked settings and re-entered items by copying what I had before with no luck. I've set all to shipping (even though I deliver but I dont want your timings overriding my delivery day options!). I've set all items to visible several times... Anything else you can suggest? I was able to add both items to my basket and proceed to checkout. However this morning I'm unable to add either item to the basket. If you haven't made any changes in the last few hours, it definitely seems like the settings need to be checked on the backend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

They way around it is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to items then site categories.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the category the item is showing unavailable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Re-shuffle the items within that category.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They should all now show as available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you ensure that you have stock added and stock tracking turned on for your items? You can follow the steps in &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/6895-manage-stock-in-square-online-store" target="_blank"&gt;Manage Stock in Square Online&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I have updated the stock quantities and taken steps of ensuring my transaction methods are working etc. I also created a category for the item previously to see if that had any affect. I have been able to create a pay online link via the square app which seems to be working fine and allows me to add several items to the basket, however the edits to stock etc do not seem to have had an affect on the website. &lt;P&gt;It's difficult to discern as I can't see into your account settings but with Square Online sometimes when we experience a sync delay, editing the item in the Square dashboard item library can trigger a re-sync of that item. Other times the item itself just needs more time to complete its sync.
