Asap pickup bug

Last night I missed an order, which obviously upset a customer.

The customer ordered at 18:47

All of my slots were full except for one at 17:00 so the system put him there!

It wasn't until after I had packed up for the night at 21:00 that the customer rang.

The 17:00 slot was originally taken but then the customer cancelled the order the day before.

So, why didn't the system fill 17:00 before 17:00? Why did the 17:00 get filled after 17:00

Sounds like the system has done just what you’ve asked for it to do.

All of the slots were taken for the rest of that day so it defaulted to 17:00 the next service when you opened again for an ASAP order.

Did you check the dates in the order?
