    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've recently experienced a random issue where my online store intermittently says items are unavailable and then on refresh says they're available.&amp;nbsp; Regardless of clearing device cache it just seems to randomly do it across all items.&amp;nbsp; Anyone got any ideas (just tried to phone the Square 24/7 support phone line to discover apparently there's no support on weekends!).&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts would be much appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; Claire&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/312298"&gt;@Claire_S&lt;/a&gt;, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! Often, when an item is showing as unavailable, there're a few things we can check:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Make sure the item has a fulfilment method selected and that the fulfilment method has been setup correctly.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Make sure the item is in stock&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Make sure items have been set to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Visible&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Check that&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Accept online orders&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;is enabled within&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Checkout&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If everything is setup correctly but items are still showing up as unavailable intermittently, the best thing is to &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Questions-How-To/How-do-I-contact-Square-Support/td-p/177678" target="_blank"&gt;reach out to our Support team directly&lt;/A&gt;. They will be able to look further into this and check additional account specific settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
