      <description>&lt;P&gt;When a new online order is received the POS app doesn’t show a notification badge until the app is opened. Surely the idea of notifications is to alert you that you need to open the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is a known limitation and from the last time I check, our team are working to roll out a new feature that will help with this issue. However, I don't have an exact date for the roll out right now but I'll be sure to keep you both up to date if I hear anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
