Have you been able to &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Troubleshooting/Troubleshooting-steps-for-the-Square-Card-Reader/td-p/196122" target="_blank"&gt;run through the troubleshooting steps&lt;/A&gt; yet? They usually help with any underlying connection issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have run through the steps and the reader is still not recognising or accepting card payments, you can&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/shop/hardware/gb/en/return/warranty" target="_self"&gt;file a warranty claim&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for your Square Reader in the Square Shop. We'll be able to send out a replacement reader then.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
