What is the best advice you would give your past self?

mpmpmp22 — Sat, 20 Sep 2025 08:33:23 GMT

Feeling a little reflective this Friday. I was thinking back on my journey of when I started my own business and what I would have told myself now knowing what I have learned along the way.

Very curious to hear what advice you would give your past self when starting out on this journey! 😊

Hi Mpmpmp22,

Good question - maybe someday we will figure out time travel 😊

* Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Embrace failures as opportunities for growth and improvement.

* Never stop learning. Dedicate time to personal and professional development.

* Learn to delegate.

* Be adaptable and open to change.

That would be nice!!

All super solid points, love your call out about not being afraid to make mistakes and learning from failures as opportunities to grow. Such a good point!

Thanks for sharing yours!

Separate your money for various expenses (like sales tax) to stay organized and the sooner the better.

Be consistent with social media.

Email marketing isn't dead keep using it and building your list.

Cut your losses quickly. Hanging onto systems, things, and people who do not align with your business is a waste of time and money.
