    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue in that team members can't login to our POS, to either clock in or for sales.&amp;nbsp; The team app isn't working for them either, yet one team member can clockin, and both managers too.&amp;nbsp; we didn't change any settings for them, it just stopped working overnight.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help greatly recieved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Double-check the team member's profile and permission set &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/team/team-members" target="_blank"&gt;on your Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you have a Team Plus subscription, &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/account/pricing?unitToken=5W88RY3FVN7GT" target="_blank"&gt;check to make sure the subscription is active&lt;/A&gt;. If for some reason the subscription is paused or cancelled, that'll also affect team member's access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have check both and they are working as expected, it'll be best to &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Questions-How-To/How-do-I-contact-Square-Support/td-p/177678" target="_blank"&gt;contact our Support team directly&lt;/A&gt; since they would be able to check the specific team member's profile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
