My domain cannot be connected

Hello,

Hope you are well.

My name is Yadi and I am new here- nice to e meet you.

I tried to link my domain to my site and for some reason, after more than 48 hours this is still not working. What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as launching this Friday.

Hi Yadi, welcome to the Seller Community 👋!

If you have follow all the steps outlined here and make sure that both your A records are pointed to the correct IP, can you share your domain with me? I can definitely take a further look and see if there is anything else that might be causing issue.

It's also worth unpublishing and republishing your website as well to see if that would help!

Thanks for sharing that, Yadi. From checking the domain, it looks like only one A record is pointed to the right IP address (199.34.228.164). In this case, you'd need to make sure the second A record is also pointed here. For context, I used this site to check the DNS records.

Hey Yadi, it looks like the site is live but it's still coming up as unsecured for me! It's definitely worth checking to make sure the A records are pointed correctly. You can also try unpublishing and publishing the site again to see if that helps as well.

Hey Yadi, in this case, you'd need to make sure that both A records are pointed to the right IP address (199.34.228.164). I had a quick look at the domain and it looks like only one A record are pointed to this IP at the moment.

If you are running into an issue editing the DNS records, it's worth contacting your domain host as well as they'd be able to assist with updating this.
