Help with linking inventory

Hi,

I have recently signed up to Square and looking for some help, please. I create designs and buy designs to sell on products such as Mugs, Tshirts, Cushions, and more but my issue is I am wanting to link my inventory across my products ie I sell white mugs but I offer at the moment roughly 30 designs so I want to be able to say that for each design, it can be placed on a white mug and I want them to change the stock levels when sold across all designs.

Can this be done and if so please advise on how I do this

You could list different designs as different modifiers on the mug product, then it will change stock on the mug itself rather than the design.

Hi and thanks for your reply. Would i be able to add pics to the modifiers to show the design available??

I need to be able to show the design so that they can see what there purchasing plus also the end product it will go on??

Make photos with the title of the design at the top so that they correspond with the modifiers so that people know which one to choose!

Hey @MJD, I think you might have meant variation instead of modifier 😉? But yes, this would be the best way to list products and track inventory for the different mugs you sell.
