I have colour options on my products and I have special colours so people need to see the option title/name however quite recently I clicked on a colour and it doesn’t show the text of that colour above anymore so you just have to guess

Hey @Deacsmith, thanks for sharing this! I had a play around with this and I couldn't get the colour name to show above either, so I've reached out to our ECOM team and see if they can help look into this further!

I'll update this thread when I have heard back from the team.

Hey @Deacsmith, apology for the delayed on this! Having the name of the colour options showing is actually a feature request at the moment. If you'd like the name to show (rather than the colour icon), you'd need to change the option format from Colours to Dropdown or Radios.

You can do this from your Square Online overview > Items > Options, click the three dots next to your option set and select Edit.
