&lt;P&gt;It is possible that one is updated and the other is not, as for the iPhone, it uses a different version of Safari.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would suggest trying a different browser to see if that solves the issue and if it does, it's likely because Safari needs to be updated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For no reason I can see, my 'Take A Payment' page is now blank and I cannot charge my customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had a similar experience please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karen&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not sure if it’s the online terminal, iPad/android etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As a general thing have you tried force closing the app &amp;amp; reopening? Bit like turning it off &amp;amp; on again I know &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt; but if there’s just a minor hiccup that should help set it right again &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a desktop iMac. Yes, I've logged off and on again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried my iPhone and also my mac book air and I can log in and take payments from either of those. That's good and I have now charged all the outstanding amounts I needed to process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But my desktop iMac is still refusing to load the 'take a payment' page. It is still coming up blank. I guess that means that Square has an issue with this device? &amp;nbsp;I have not changed anything and have been using this iMac to charge all my customers since I signed up with Square. &lt;P&gt;Are you trying&amp;nbsp; to process payments from the Square Dashboard?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If so, the issue might be with the browser, sometimes if they're not up-to-date, pages won't load. I would suggest trying a different browser to see if that's the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using safari on all 3 devices. It is working fine on the mac book and iPhone, just not on the iMac. Thanks for the response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So you are right about it being the browser that is the issue - rather than the machine itself. I have checked for available updates to safari and there are none available. (I always get updates when prompted.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sent a couple of emails to support, but have not yet had an answer. I guess my issue is less urgent now, as I do have alternatives to use. &amp;nbsp;But I would like to continue to use the safari browser on my iMac to charge my customers cards &amp;nbsp;- as I have always done, so I will continue to pursue a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the assistance up to now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
