The team have asked if you can try something and see if that would help: on your Appointments dashboard, click into&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Staff&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and your staff profile. In there, you should be able to untick the&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Text Message&amp;nbsp;(SMS)&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;notification.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I think because a landline is being used, rather than sending a text, is sending a call instead. Hopefully turning this off will help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am unable to find the setting on the square appointment page. How can I disable that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This definitely sounds odd, and I can imagine how annoying it would be to receive a call everytime you receive an appointment booking. Can you check out your Square Appointment booking setting &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/booking/settings" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, and your business settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/business/settings" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I have a dig around but I couldn't find where to disable this feature either, so I've reached out to our Appointments team to see if they can help provide further clarification. Once I have an update from the team, I'll be sure to follow up on this thread immediately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
