UK address being allocated Irish postage rate

I've had a reported issue from a user that an address in Ballygawley, Dungannon, Northern Ireland is being allocated Irish postage rates. I have my postage set up for 3 rates: UK (including NI), Ireland and International. Anyone any idea's?

Thanks so much for sharing that @Vickie_Chambers! I used an address in Dungannon and this is the postage I can see. Is this the correct UK postage?

If a customer is choosing to enter their address manually rather than having it autofill as well, once they select United Kingdom as the country and Northern Ireland (NIR) in the state section, the same postage will apply as well.

If you know the exact address the customer is having trouble with, would you mind sending me a private message with the information so I can take a look on my end?
