&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are the items being created from the Square Point of Sale app or from the Square Dashboard?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you selecting the option to&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Add New Item from Inventory&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;on a browser or within the app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When was the last time items sync over to your Square Online site?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this is happening on a browser, can you try the following troubleshooting steps as they usually help with these issues as well:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure your browser is up to date.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi lovely community!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason my square and square online has stopped syncing. Any items I'm adding to square aren't showing in online. It used to. When I select 'Add New Item from Inventory' its just blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas please?&amp;nbsp; I always sign out and all the syncing is switched on so a little perplexed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
