&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;It has been more than a year since the payment was processed.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;There was insufficient funds in the linked account.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;The direct debit agreement between Square and the bank account has expired or gone out of place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;However,&amp;nbsp;our Support team will be able to look into further for you as they can check account-specific settings. When you can, please give us a call on 0800 - 098 8008, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Refund failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I've refunded a customer and it says refund failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have money in my bank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can charge a&amp;nbsp; customer without a problem so bank is verified.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks Antony&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
