There are a couple of troubleshooting steps we can try as they usually help with these general error message:

Make sure your browser is up to date.

Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.

Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.

If none of these troubleshooting tips work, the best thing is to contact our Support team directly. That way, the team will be able to troubleshoot further and check the import file if needed @HopsBoogie.

I am having trouble over the last few months importing my library whilst doing stock checks. The Excel spread sheet is saved in the correct format, I am using Google Chrome and I've checked that I have only put whole numbers (not fractions/decimal points) in to it. The only thing that has changed in the last couple of months is that I bought a new laptop. Any advice?

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue @HopsBoogie!

Have you tried running through the troubleshooting steps outlined here? They usually help with resolve any issue you may see.

If you've ran through all the troubleshooting steps, is there a specific error message that you see when importing your items?
