Coupon code valid for specific day

Hi,

We are a bagel shop that offers the ability to pre-order pick ups through Square Online. We want to introduce a discount for orders picked up on Fridays but can't seem to find a way to limit the use of a coupon code to a specific day.

For example, if someone puts in the code "fridaybagels" and selects pickup as Wednesday, they will still get the discount...

Is there any way to work around this?

I had a look into this on my end and at the moment, it isn't possible to restrict the coupons so it can only be used for orders placed for a specific day. I will definitely flag this a feature request to our ECOM team since I can see it'd be a useful feature to a number of businesses.

There is no workaround that I see at the moment. You could potentially create a different location named Friday Pickup, and lower the prices for items in this specific location by adding a price override on your Square Dashboard.

I would also encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
