&lt;P&gt;Is this your first time connecting the Star&amp;nbsp;TSP650II? What type of device are you trying to connect it to?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest following the steps below&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure your device is running the latest version of Apple iOS.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure your Bluetooth receipt printer is charged and Bluetooth is turned on within your device’s settings. Try toggling Bluetooth off and on.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Confirm your receipt printer is set to Bluetooth (iAP) mode. To do so:
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;ERROR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;LED message flashes five times, you can configure the settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The current communication mode will appear on the display.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press power once to change the communication mode to “Bluetooth (iAP)”.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Unpair your Bluetooth receipt printer from any other devices.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check under the iPad's Settings &amp;gt; Privacy &amp;gt; Bluetooth and Local Network that Square is toggled to green.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then check if the&amp;nbsp;printer&amp;nbsp;is coming up&amp;nbsp; on the iPad under Settings &amp;gt; Bluetooth &amp;gt; select printer .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open the Square App &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Hardware &amp;gt; Printer&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Create Printer Station &amp;gt; Use this printer for &amp;gt; Save.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Alegra,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you will give this a try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had the printer connected to my iPad before but try to update the iPad to see if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is coming up on iPad Bluetooth, it's just that final step of connecting it to Square that seems to be the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once, I've ran the update I will come back to you. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for trying all of the steps, sorry it's still not connecting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I checked with our hardware team and we're wondering if you can see another model number anywhere on the printer - probably the bottom of it. It may well be a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Star TSP654ii.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Which should be compatible.. once we check that we can look at next steps. I'll keep any eye out for your response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/420094"&gt;@DanTreatyPie&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delay, I've had some short staffing this week so had to put the printer on hold.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can confirm it does say TSP654ii underneath.
