Hey @Fancifulflowers, thanks for flagging this and sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

This question comes up quite a bit so I'm just going to leave some troubleshooting steps below that usually help in this situation:

Make sure that you've linked a bank account to Square and that it has been verified.
Make sure Order Online is enabled on your website. You can check this by navigating to your Square Dashboard > Online Store > Settings > Checkout
Make sure items are in stock and have fulfilment methods applied to them

If you're store is still not accepting payments after these steps, please give our customer support team a call, they will be able to take a look at the settings with you.
